Refund policy

You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels or refund return postage.

To start a return, email support@minimayhemmodels.com with your order number. Ship the item back in its original packaging when possible.

Once we receive the item in undamaged, resellable condition, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days of receiving the return.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will help make it right.
